2. Our Services
Zeph Logistics provides the following B2B logistics support services:
- Freight forwarding — arranging road, sea, air, or rail shipments end-to-end.
- Transport booking and load brokerage — organising carriers and managing dispatch.
- Customs documentation support — preparing shipping paperwork and document packs.
- Warehousing coordination — booking short-term storage and coordinating stock movement.
- Shipment tracking and delivery updates — visibility reporting and exception handling.

Services are provided exclusively to business customers (B2B). We do not provide services to consumers acting outside the course of their trade or profession.
3. How to Place an Order
This website is a lead generation site. No payments are taken directly through this website. To engage our services:
- Submit an enquiry via the contact form on this website, or
- Contact us directly by email at [email protected] or by phone on 07828 792 617.
A binding agreement for services is formed only when we issue a written confirmation (email or formal quotation) and you accept in writing. Verbal enquiries or contact form submissions do not constitute a contract.
4. Pricing and Payment
Indicative price ranges for our services are displayed on this website. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Upon agreement of scope:
- We will issue a written quotation or service agreement confirming the price.
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Invoices are issued by ZM Recoveries Ltd and payable by bank transfer or such other method as agreed.
- Late payment may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Delivery and Fulfilment
The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are set out in our written quotation or service agreement. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed timelines; however, logistics services are subject to factors outside our control (carrier availability, customs delays, weather, regulatory changes). We will notify you promptly of any material delays.
Unless otherwise agreed, services are considered complete upon delivery of the agreed outcome (e.g., documents prepared, freight booked, tracking report issued).
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis and set out in the relevant service agreement or quotation. In the absence of specific terms:
- Cancellation before work has commenced: no charge.
- Cancellation after work has commenced: you will be liable for the proportion of the service delivered to the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation of freight bookings may incur third-party carrier cancellation fees, which will be passed on to you.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant invoice date. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 10 business days.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected] or by phone on 07828 792 617. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution via a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing legal proceedings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of contract, or business interruption.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Zeph Logistics name and logo — is the property of ZM Recoveries Ltd and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
